Refund And Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags attached. Custom or personalized items and gift cards are non-returnable. To initiate a return, contact support@pinellux.us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a prepaid return label for you to download and print. We cover return shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. For returns due to customer error, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
